If you should need help after business hours, please contact the company on your policy or visit our Payment & Claim Center. Every policy should include a 24-hour claim reporting number and this number will also be listed on our Payment & Claim Center page. Before calling, have your policy number available to read to the claims adjustor. You may also call us at 509-943-9999 to report a claim.

Please keep in mind that coverage cannot be bound by email, voice, or fax. Coverage will only be bound with written notification from our office.
